This week, December 10-13, Megan Bottoms, Associate Professor/ Coordinator of Student Activities, had the opportunity to attend the Women's Leadership Institute, co-hosted by the Association of College Unions International (ACUI) and NASPA. The week-long conference, held in San Diego, brought together women leaders in higher education for an engaging, collaborative, and inspiring professional development experience.

"It was so wonderful to be surrounded by other women in higher education who share a passion for leadership," said Megan Bottoms. "The sessions were valuable, informative, and provided me with fresh ideas to serve our students, my colleagues, and my family. I left feeling inspired to continue growing both personally and professionally."

The Women's Leadership Institute is a unique program for women seeking to enhance their leadership skills in higher education administration and student affairs. Over the course of four days, participants explored critical topics such as:
